Woodford believes this will create additional value for shareholders. Neil Woodford is rated AAA by Citywire and managed the Invesco Perpetual High Income Fund for 26 years. He would like Glaxosmithkline to split off its HIV division, its consumer healthcare division and its dermatology unit from its core medicine and vaccines divisions. Mr. Woodford is a long-term investor in Glaxosmithkline and is believed to currently hold around £35 million in his funds.
